The Barrx Medical FS‑100B HALO 360 Footswitch is an optional, hands-free accessory designed to be used with the HALO 360 RF Energy Generator for radiofrequency ablation procedures, notably in gastrointestinal applications like Barrett’s esophagus treatment. It provides clinicians with tactile control over two critical functions—balloon inflation/deflation and RF energy delivery—without needing to interact with the generator’s console, streamlining workflow during procedure.

This footswitch features two distinct pedals:

• Gray pedal labeled “Auto Inflation”: Acts as a toggle for inflating or deflating the instrument’s balloon. The first press initiates inflation to the preset pressure (sizing balloon or ablation catheter), while the next press deflates it.

• Blue pedal labeled “RF ON/OFF”: Starts or stops the delivery of radiofrequency energy. A single press activates RF if enabled, and a subsequent press deactivates it. Importantly, the RF delivery remains active even if the pedal is released after activation.

The footswitch connects to the generator’s rear "FOOTSWITCH" socket via a 3-meter cable, offering reliable control without disrupting sterile technique
