This product is a disposable endoscopy irrigation/insufflation tubing system, designed for GI endoscopy use with Olympus 140/160/180/190 series (and similar) endoscopes.  The tubing is sold as “Box of 10 units” (10 units per box) according to the manufacturer’s spec.  It replaces reusable water-bottle/irrigation tubing and is intended for single-use (or use up to 24 hours) to reduce cross-contamination risk. Particularly, the “100145CO2” or “100145C02” variant includes a CO₂ connection.
